Your are required to read this T&C before making any purchases or joining the pre-orders!

• Items availability are based on current stock shown in the product’s description.
• All items are new and unused (otherwise stated).
• Payments must be made, AFTER receiving “REQUEST FOR PAYMENT” notice from us.
• Orders will be canceled if payment is not made within 3 working days.
• Provide us the Proof of payment after FULL payment has been made.
• Due to the nature of handmade items (which are unique and limited!!!), we will not entertain returns and replacements.
• Please read the product description carefully and thoroughly.
• Please note that measurements are approximate.
• We will only accept replacements if only we sent you a wrong item.
• We do not accept refund (except for Out Of Stock items).
• We will not be responsible for any damage/loss of the items during delivery.
• Shambijoux Store reserves the right to change its terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions for PRE-ORDERS

If you agreed and confirmed to join in the list, you have to make FULL PAYMENT within 3 working days (or within a renegotiated time frame) after receiving “Request For Payment” notice from us.

In case for OUT OF STOCK items, do not worry as I will refund you!

If no payment, incomplete payment or missing in action buyers, we will not refund you! It will be best, if you provide me your Mobile # for faster response.

Please, no backouts or MIA buyers after payment has been made!!!

If you agreed and confirmed to join in the list, that means we have a deal. So, please don’t go missing! It’s not fair for the other serious buyers!
